Job descriptionManage revenue recognition, invoicing, and recovery of amounts due Process and verify payments, maintain daily cash book, and reconcile bank statements Record and reconcile financial transactions in line with IFRS / GAAP standards Maintain balance sheet integrity, ensuring compliance and accuracy Ensure timely SARS, CIPC, and statutory submissions Prepare and review monthly management accounts and audit balance sheet accounts Coordinate and manage internal and external audits Drive cost management, risk assessment, and compliance controls Liaise with investors, banks, and financial stakeholders Optimize financial systems and processes Conduct revenue and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions Support financial management across the broader group structure BComm in Accounting, Accounting Science, or related field (SAICA / SAIPA) Minimum of 5 years' finance experience with SARS and statutory submissions Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accountant and managing staff Experience in the travel industry or similar environment advantageous Working knowledge of Xero, MS Excel, and Word Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Reliable, accurate, proactive, and able to work under pressure Opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic financial management Exposure to multiple business areas and stakeholder groups Collaborative and supportive team environment
