Founding Growth Partner

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Partner , someone who understands virality not as a trend, but as human behavior. You should know what makes people stop scrolling, what makes them share, and what makes them feel .

We want someone scrappy , you’ll be building without a budget, using psychology, storytelling, and instinct to drive traction and attention. You’ll experiment with creative loops, guerrilla ideas, and content that makes people talk.

This is not a job. It’s a partnership . You’ll receive 5% equity , vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff . If Sassoonia secures funding before your first year is up, you’ll start earning a salary , with details to be discussed then.

We’re not looking for a “social media manager.” We’re looking for someone who obsesses over :

• Behavioral triggers and emotional design
• Cultural storytelling and shareable ideas
• Turning attention into momentum
