Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Centurion for a Senior Office Administrator. The Senior Office Administrator will oversee and manage daily office operations, including administrative support, handling office equipment, ensuring smooth communication, oversee tendering team, bookings & events and ensure ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS standards within the team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office organization, assisting team members, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Diploma in Administration or relevant
5 - 8 years experience
Strong administrative skills, including Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Meticulous and pays attention to details
strong willed and discipliner
Experience managing and maintaining Office Equipment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and maintain organizational efficiency
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office software is a plus
