We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Manager with strong relationships within media agencies, outdoor specialists, and direct brand partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record in driving sales, and is confident managing both endemic and non-endemic campaigns. Leadership and mentorship experience will be highly valued.

What You Will Do

• Media Sales & Agency Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, outdoor specialists, and direct clients. Identify and create both endemic and non-endemic opportunities, converting leads into revenue.
• Campaign Planning & Execution : Plan, manage, and execute retail media campaigns using historical performance and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs.
• Forecasting & Reporting : Provide clear forecasts, highlighting opportunities, risks, and growth prospects. Report findings regularly to senior stakeholders.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Market Insight & Innovation : Stay updated on retail media and OOH industry trends. Use insights to create compelling strategies, case studies, and client recommendations.
