SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (B2B Experience)

Location : Somewhere, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (Full‑time, Remote within South Africa)

Pay : up to USD 1,500 / month base salary + commission. The final offer is at the client’s discretion and will be based on the candidate’s skills and years of experience.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Make 150‑200 outbound calls per day to U.S.‑based prospects
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
• Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
• Build and manage personalized follow‑up sequences in the CRM
• Collaborate with the founder to test and refine outreach messaging
• Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights
• Consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals
