Job Summary :
Progressive Technology is seeking dynamic, results-driven Remote Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, playing a critical role in driving sales and building long-lasting client relationships from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote products / services using persuasive sales techniques.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and services with professionalism and clarity.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential leads and close sales efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve strategies and customer engagement techniques.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and updates.
- Uphold a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (remote experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset.Comfortable handling objections and negotiating with prospects.Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems during a call.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Experience :
Minimum of 1–2 years in a sales or telesales role (preferably in a remote or home-based environment).Experience using CRM software or call center technology is an advantage.Working Hours :
Full-time and part-time shifts available.Flexible scheduling options, with operations covering Monday to Saturday .Shifts may vary between 9 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM (timezone based on applicants region).Weekend shifts may be required based on campaign needs.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.Ability to remain professional under pressure.Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.Fast learner with adaptability to product updates and new tools.High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.Familiarity with virtual communication tools like Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.Benefits :
