Job description

Minimum requirements :

Matric
3 Years of proven external experience
Previous experience in the Timber industry (essential)
Existing customer base within the industry advantageous, OR equivalent knowledge and skills
Valid drivers license
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to company turnover

Service existing customers and maintain strong client relationships

Source new customers and grow market share

Promote new products and provide quotations timeously

Ensure customer satisfaction by managing orders and queries

Liaise with despatch to ensure timely deliveries

Collect COD payments and assist with outstanding accounts

Maintain accurate sales sheets, customer profiles, and price lists

Attend bi-monthly sales meetings and report to Sales Manager

Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management
