- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Provide regular reporting on departmental results to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities.Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Valid driver’s licence.Remuneration
