Duties & Responsibilities

Looking for a Recruitment Partner wanting to invest in a recruitment agency in Sandton.

ESSENTIAL : SOLID EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN THE INSURANCE SECTOR, ESPECIALLY HEADHUNTING IN THIS AREA.

STAFF REQUIRED FOR A RECRUITMENT AGENCY. We are looking to fill a number of positions in our company, including Recruitment Consultants with the potential to qualify for partnership down the line. Full end-to-end experience in recruitment is essential, and candidates must be strong in headhunting, preferably with experience in the financial services sector. We work significantly in the actuarial sector as well. The positions available include :

• Recruitment Partner
• Search Assistant
• PA
• Other office support
• Networking Partners / Freelance Recruiters

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 5 years experience in a recruitment agency working on senior positions in the insurance sector .

Able to source and market high-level applicants in the insurance sector, including Actuaries.
