Job descriptionTo Drive and grow market share (including exports and sales) of a product by Brand and SKU and related services to existing customer base to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction is achieved, and hunting for new customers and opportunities. Achieving Sales Targets and Market share (40%) Stock Management (5%) Debtors (10%) Document Control, Administration and Reports (10%) Governance (5%) Stakeholder Management and Customer retention (20%) People Management (5%) Financial Management (5%)
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related fields (NQF 7)
- Advantageous Bachelors Hons Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related fields (NQF 8)
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the manufacturing environment of which : 3+ years should be exposed to the SSA Sales environment.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP Systems, Salesforce) and job-specific software systems).
- Knowledge of relevant Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices.
