Medical Receptionist (Ophthalmology Practice)

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care
• Manage inbound / outbound calls, patient bookings, and diary scheduling
• Capture and update patient information accurately on GoodX
• Process authorisations and maintain up-to-date records
• Assist with coordinating patient flow for a high-volume specialist clinic
• Provide administrative support to the doctors and medical team
• Maintain a calm and efficient reception area under pressure
