Job descriptionOversee daily operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and manage inventory control systems Supply chain coordination, including collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely material availability, negotiate terms, and manage defective returns Develop efficient storage systems, improve inventory processes, and streamline operations Lead and develop the stores team to foster a culture of safety and compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including regular audits Oversee budget, including monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring equipment maintenance
Oversee inventory and ensure timely availability of parts and materials, optimise storage, and streamline processes in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in inventory or stores management within heavy manufacturing
- Extensive experience in winching, including materials and manufacturing processes
- Strong background in logistical operations and inventory control
