Salary : $1300$1800 - South Africa
: $1100$1500 - Philippines

About the Client :
This dual-function role is critical to the operational efficiency and public visibility of our organization. As the Executive Assistant you will be the primary gatekeeper and organizational force for Dr. Schaefer ensuring his focus remains on strategic growth. As the Social Media Coordinator you will directly enhance our brand presence engage our community and amplify our message across all digital channels directly supporting business growth and allowing the team to dedicate more time to patient care.
Role Responsibilities :
Executive Assistant (50-60%)
- Act as a primary gatekeeper for the client screening and prioritizing all incoming requests emails and communications.
- Manage a complex calendar scheduling appointments meetings and travel logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare documents presentations and correspondence ensuring high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Utilize tools like Google Workspace (Gmail Calendar Docs Sheets) and Slack for seamless internal communication and organization.
Social Media Coordinator (40-50%)
Manage and actively grow the companys presence across key social media platforms including Instagram LinkedIn and Facebook.Develop schedule and post engaging relevant content in line with the companys brand voice and strategic goals.Actively monitor and engage with the community by promptly responding to comments direct messages and inquiries in a professional and on-brand manner.Develop design and distribute monthly or quarterly newsletters to engage the community and highlight company updates initiatives and achievements.Conduct research to support content creation identify emerging trends and inform social media strategies.Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.Requirements :
Has at least 2 years of experience performing a similar role remotelyProven experience in an administrative support role or as an Executive Assistant ideally supporting a high-level executive or principal.Proficiency with modern office software and remote collaboration tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail Calendar Docs Sheets) and SlackPrior Professional Experience managing Business Accounts with key social media platforms including Instagram LinkedIn and FacebookExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and reliable tone.Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in managing concurrent tasks and strict deadlines.NOTE : We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
