Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Property Manager.

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property transformations, managing risk, coordinating with agents, managing property commercials and P&L, and maintaining good communication with homeowners.

The role also involves conducting market research, establishing pricing strategies, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Property management and real estate experience.

Relevant certifications or degrees in real estate, property management, or a related field.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with market research and pricing strategies.
• Experience with property listings and marketing.
• Rental knowledge (Short lets) a plus.
