Job Description : Our client is currently seeking diligent and reliable Night Shift Controllers to join their operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing night shift logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and timely delivery. While a certificate or diploma could be advantageous, we also welcome candidates with relevant experience and skills.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee night shift logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during the night shift and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to night shift staff, including supervisors and controllers.
• Maintain accurate records of night shift activities and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues and optimize operations.
• Assist in the training and development of new night shift staff members.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the operations manager.
