Relationship Building
Ensure brilliant customer service is provided to Liquor stores / shebeens / resturantsOn Shelf Availability
Ensure that the prescribed SKU distribution is achieved in shebeens / resturantsIdentifying Category Gaps for both client and Competitors.Identifying opportunities to increase client products at liquor stores / resturantsInnovation
Ensure that products are clearly visible to the consumerEnsure speed to shelf on innovation sku’sPricing Compliance
Pricing of products to remain consistent through regular audit and complianceIdentify anomalies and flag these immediatelyPoint of Sale Implementation
