Job descriptionDispensing Pharmacy administration Housekeeping Stock control Customer service Sales Compliance Marketing campaigns Operational work planning. Priority setting and scheduling of staff. Operational performance monitoring. People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing. Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, and Cash office. Resolve escalated operational issues. Budget management. Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants. Motivate and discipline the team. Bachelor of Pharmacy degree / equivalent qualification. Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC). Registered as a tutor. Experience in managing staff. Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment. Pharmaceutical jobs
