Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations supply chain and finance to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform business strategy.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to senior management.
