Sales Specialist (Automotive parts) Permanent - Cape Town

Requirements :

Certificate or Diploma in Sales or related field

2-3 years experience as a Sales Representative in a manufacturing or automotive environment

Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills

Computer literate (MS Office, SAP / ERP systems an advantage)

Self-motivated, proactive, good communication and problem-solving skills

Drivers license and willingness to travel

Duties :

Source new business, manage client accounts and close sales to meet targets

Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service

Monitor competitors, market activity and stock levels to support sales

Prepare reports, forecasts and feedback for management

Assist with promotions, trade events and customer training

Support credit control by following up on payments and resolving queries

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
