Agricultural Account Executive Graduate-in-Training

Job Purpose :

The Agricultural Account Executive GIT will provide administrative and operational support to the Agricultural Account Executive, ensuring efficient management of client relationships, transport orders and reporting. The role involves assisting with quotations, order processing, customer updates and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for accurately and timeously updating the in-house accounting and transport management system, ensuring seamless order management, invoicing and performance monitoring. A basic understanding of typical South African agricultural equipment makes and models is required to support client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

• Assist the Agricultural Account Executive in preparing and issuing transport quotations to clients.
• Process and manage transport orders, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated to the operations team.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and service delivery metrics.

Education :

Matric (Grade 12) required and diploma or degree in Agriculture, Business, Logistics or a related field (essential).
