Heir Digital is a paid advertising agency that specializes in growing eCommerce brands . We work with leading fashion, skincare, and lifestyle companies to scale their revenue through Meta and Google Ads, combining data-driven strategy with world-class creative execution and client experience.
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who understands eCommerce marketing and can build long-term trust with clients. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal team — ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, consistent reporting, and an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process, collect assets, set expectations, and ensure a seamless handover to the media and creative teams.
- Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact, keeping clients updated on campaign progress, results, and next steps.
- Client Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and data summaries.
- Team Coordination : Work closely with media buyers, strategists, and creatives to ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with client goals.
- Client Calls : Lead regular performance calls to review results and maintain alignment.
- Retention & Relationship Management : Proactively manage relationships to keep clients happy, engaged, and confident in our partnership.
- Progress Tracking : Monitor campaign milestones, identify growth opportunities, and communicate updates clearly to both clients and the team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing or agency account management.Strong understanding of paid media, specifically Meta and Google Ads .Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.Comfortable interpreting and explaining performance data.Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-oriented.Why Join Heir Digital
