Duties & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Johannesburg-based Account Manager to manage and grow agency relationships in South Africa, driving adoption of exclusive experiences across top social platforms.
This is an active hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with agencies, solving problems creatively, and guiding clients through complex social experiences with confidence.
You'll have full support from our Sales Enablement and Product teams, helping you pitch, brainstorm, and deliver campaigns that outperform standard media benchmarks.
Handles client relationships, upsells, and renewals.
Good communication, and quarterly incentives for retention and growth.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : 3+ years' experience in digital sales, preferably with agencies or social media platforms.
