Our client is a dynamic player in the iGaming sector, and they are seeking a strategic Head of Technology to lead their talented development teams and drive their technical vision forward. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding the planning, design, development, and delivery of their enterprise-level B2B and B2C software solutions.

This is more than a management role; it's a chance to architect the future of their platform, mentor brilliant minds, and make a tangible impact on the company's growth and success in a fast-paced, regulated market.

Your primary mission will be to ensure that their technology stack is scalable, flexible, and resilient. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, and BI Developers, managing the full project lifecycle while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and rapid time-to-market.

• Lead & Inspire : Create a productive environment, mentor team members, set technical goals, and delegate effectively to guide your team to success.
• Architect & Innovate : Design and document technical architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Drive the adoption of best practices, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Collaborate & Translate : Work closely with EXCO, CPO, product, and external partners to translate business needs and operator pain points into robust technical solutions.
• Elevate Quality : Oversee code reviews, manage technical debt, and champion automation testing and CI / CD practices to ensure exceptional quality and operational scalability.
• Build the Team : Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives to continuously build and enhance team expertise.
