Job Purpose

Dynamic, driven Senior Sales Executives are needed to join our teams in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The role involves engaging with customers, delivering expert product knowledge on 4x4 accessories and fitment solutions, and driving sales targets while maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in, online, and telephonic clients; provide expert advice and quotes on 4x4 upgrades and fitment solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with both retail and trade customers; coordinate with fitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Provide superior customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Manage inventory and maintain a neat showroom.
• Generate weekly / monthly reports on pipeline, performance, and customer feedback.
