Junior Project Manager (Office Based)

In this role, youll be responsible for supporting project management activities and business analysis within our IT projects. This includes assisting with project planning, writing and maintaining scope documents, managing weekly sprints, and tracking development progress. Your ability to coordinate between stakeholders and the development team will be essential in ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documents such as meeting notes, scope outlines, progress reports, and testing logs.
• Support business analysts in gathering requirements, drafting specifications, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform basic functional testing, record defects, and work with developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Communicate with team members and clients to align expectations and support smooth project delivery.
• Contribute ideas to improve project processes, workflows, and communication methods.
