Scheduling Coordinator

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent to join their remote team in South Africa. In this role, you will be part of a call centre, responsible for scheduling medical appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, healthcare providers, and home care teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical scheduling.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : This position requires working US-based hours (EST) from 16 : 00 - 01 : 00 SAST, Monday to Friday . (Hours may vary due to daylight savings.)
• Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre connection with a minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed is required, along with the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection .
• Power Backup : Candidates must have a reliable backup power solution to manage loadshedding and power outages.
