RE1, RE3, and RE5 certifications (or willingness to complete within 6 months). 5+ years of senior management experience in property asset management and investments. Strong financial acumen and ability to drive commercial returns. Experience in impact-driven investments and large-scale portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Portfolio Oversight : Manage a R45 billion direct and indirect property investment portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with executive leadership, investors, and key industry players.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of senior property professionals.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure alignment with regulatory and governance frameworks.
