🚀 Internal Sales Representative (Technical products / Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and track delivery timelines
• Utilize systems such as Sage, Syspro , or similar ERP platforms
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business, follow up on leads, and promote our product offerings
• Deliver excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to expand accounts and achieve sales targets
