Overview
We are hiring an Operations Manager (Hospitality) for a multi-brand company in the Hospitality & Food & Beverage industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based client. The role is focused on back-of-house operations, vendor coordination, multi-location project delivery, and building scalable processes across several brands. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented systems thinker with strong communication skills, deep hospitality operations experience (including quick-service / ghost kitchens), and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day back-of-house operations across multiple hospitality brands and locations (including restaurants and ghost kitchens)
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables in ClickUp; track progress and ensure on-time execution
- Coordinate vendor relationships (e.g., suppliers, kitchen operators, marketing / communications agencies) and standardize procurement processes
- Lead communications with internal teams and contractors; run standups, assign tasks, and publish weekly status reports
- Drive hiring coordination and onboarding across multiple US locations; maintain training materials and SOPs
- Implement scalable workflows and documentation to support rapid expansion; continuously optimize operational processes
- Facilitate outreach and coordination for sponsorships, partnerships, and grants in collaboration with specialized team members
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and timelines; prepare dashboards and executive updates; proactively surface risks and mitigation plans
- Support cross-functional initiatives across additional business lines as needed, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards
- Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and clear communication

3+ years of operations or project management experience3+ years of experience in hospitality / F&B3+ years of experience with multi-location or quick-service / ghost kitchen environmentsMust have experience working with US market operations and time zones; availability to work 11 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM Eastern TimeProven success managing vendors and leading cross-functional teams in a distributed, fast-scaling settingHands-on experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and scalable processesStrong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal English with client-facing professionalismPreferred Qualifications
