We’re seeking an Operations Manager with a strong focus on process improvement to assess, refine, and streamline our systems and workflows. Role Overview

We are hiring an Operations & Process Improvement Manager to lead the evaluation and optimization of our tools, processes, and team workflows. You’ll bring deep knowledge of project management, systems integration, and operational best practices—especially within PR, marketing, or creative environments. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure tools are adopted effectively, processes are streamlined, and that our systems align with business goals. Over time, this role may evolve to take on broader operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Systems Optimization

Lead process audits, mapping, and cross-departmental improvements

Evaluate third-party tools and recommend best-fit platforms

Audit current ClickUp setup; recommend structural improvements

Partner with operations, account, and project managers to design efficient workflows

Guide advanced workflow customization and API integrations

Create and maintain detailed SOPs and platform guides

Assist with initiative prioritization based on strategic business needs

Qualifications

Proven experience in process mapping, systems evaluation, and redesign

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with coding / development tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
