Business Development Regional Manager – Eastern Africa

Minimum requirements :

• Tertiary education is essential. Preferred qualifications include : BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar technical field. Business-related qualifications, such as a BCom, Business Management, or Sales and Marketing diploma or degree. Additional certifications in sales, key account management, or export / business development are advantageous
• Extensive technical sales experience in industrial environments, ideally with a multinational company.
• Experience selling to engineers, technical managers, and procurement stakeholders.
• Familiarity with vacuum technology is a plus.
• Proven success in industries such as food processing, oil & gas, packaging, medical, or water treatment.
• Demonstrated business experience within the East African region is essential.
