Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and manage business relationships with designated key accounts on a local, regional, or global level.
  • Drive growth and retention by ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, including account plans and measurable performance goals.
  • Lead negotiations for sales agreements, commercial terms, and overall business volumes to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Take full accountability for P&L performance, initiating measures to ensure order intake, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Foster close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee successful delivery of products and services to key accounts.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize business processes, concepts, and solutions to improve efficiency and customer value.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering , or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in key account management, business development, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving customer success.
