Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Generate proposals and initiate meetings to discuss services with new and existing clients.
- Grow revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction levels for assigned portfolios.
Account Management & Client Retention
Build and maintain client relationships through strategic account planning and execution.Discuss client issues on projects and outsourced teams.Generate new business from existing accounts.Identify and pursue new opportunities.Follow through with leads from initial discussion to proposal and closure.Meet agreed key performance indicators and targets.Skills and Attributes
