Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Purpose of the Job
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal team
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches / Waste management Solutions
- Manage all existing contracts
- Manage all Key accounts
- Manage, Present and report on all Clients Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews
Requirements and Skills
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationClearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelStrong verbal and written communication skillsMain Tasks (Day to day Sales Management Tasks)
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededAnalyzing client data to provide valuable feedback and propose solutions to challengesMonitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedbackHighly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solverAnalyze and draw inferences from dataDuties / Tasks
Weekly Planning and Reporting of Key client meetings and feedbackYearly forecast of New developing key accounts based on Sales potentialsAdding existing clients to key account structureBuilding monthly reports from available data of web portalSigning off and presentation of monthly reports done by Aftersales department.Liaising with Sustainability department on new projects and project timelines.Package & Remuneration
