Requirements
- 3-year Marketing and / or Sales Degree or similar; Post-graduate qualification would be advantageous
- 7-10 years within an FMCG or Dairy environment would be advantageous
- 7yrs in marketing role essential, with 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels (business & customer interface)
- Interpret and understand complex financial, consumer and shopper data
- Initiate cross functional business approach & collaboration
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to develop, coach and get the best out of team of brand managers
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop the marketing strategy, including brand portfolio plan, strategic pillars, brand activities, and innovation roadmapLead delivery of the annual brand plan and commercial budget (volume, turnover, profit, marketing spend)Oversee all brand activities, marketing mix execution and marketing spendDefine brand positioning, cheese portfolio strategy, and marketing mix executionDevelop and execute brand communication with the support of creative and media agenciesDevelop innovation pipeline and drive execution with marketing and trade marketing teamIdentify consumer research needs, working with global team to conduct researchCoordinate with Trade marketing to deliver quarterly activity plans and trade execution with Sales teamManage team of brand managers, including development, coaching and succession planningBe the consumer champion in the business, working cross functionally to drive the marketing agenda#J-18808-Ljbffr
