10+ years in the mining industry, specialising in processing equipment, vibrating screens, crushers, feeders and other mineral handling machinery.
Experience & Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with spare parts management, supply chain or after‑market service.
- Technical knowledge of screening equipment and components.
- Experience in inventory management, vendor relations and logistics.
- Excel super‑user.
Key Responsibilities
Management of the Spares and Services Department.Costing, quoting and processing of customer spare part requirements; drive repair and equipment refurbishment needs.Expediting sales orders; monitor collections and deliveries.Develop strategies to reduce client downtime via rapid spare part deployment.Oversee a team of technical and commercial staff (6 members).Service and support Sales Engineers (5 members).Manage the Field Services teams.Negotiate, implement and maintain Customer Supply Agreements.Equipment maintenance budgets and life cycle costing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
