Virtual Training & Success Lead (eCommerce) — join a rapidly scaling eCommerce ecosystem leader and take the reins of the entire digital learning experience. You are the Chief Success Architect for our remote teams, responsible for coaching, designing learning content, and driving eCommerce excellence (Shopify, SEO, Email Marketing).

Your mission is to elevate our eCommerce talent by designing and delivering a world-class virtual curriculum that turns new hires into high-value eCommerce specialists and keeps seasoned professionals ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Learning Journeys : Architect training programs from onboarding to advanced specialization modules focused on core eCommerce pillars (SEO, Email Marketing, Data Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo).
• Facilitate Dynamic Sessions : Lead engaging virtual training and coaching sessions via platforms like Zoom with screen sharing and collaboration tools.
• Spearhead Onboarding : Manage the Onboarding Week, evaluating new agent readiness and potential, and setting them up for immediate and long-term success.
• Coach & Mentor : Conduct one-on-one and group coaching focused on real-world problem-solving and advanced digital specializations.
• Drive Upskilling : Develop continuous learning initiatives to keep the team fluent in the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate on Performance : Partner with Team Leads to identify skill gaps through performance evaluations and co-create personalized development plans.
• Innovate Content : Create, update, and refine training materials using tools like Trainual, Loom, and Canva for high-quality, engaging content.
