Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus and grapes. The various farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape. The company has a vacancy for a Production Manager for their Citrus division based outside of Swellendam. Growth, quality, innovation, adaptability and a can-do mindset are key values of our client. • Production : Application of fertilizers
• Production : Pest and plague control
• Production : Pruning
• Production : Harvesting
• Production : Monitoring
• Personnel and Administration : Labour planning and management
• Personnel and Administration : Recordkeeping
• Personnel and Administration : Transport and accommodation planning
• Personnel and Administration : Maintenance (equipment / orchards / general)
• Financial : Cost control
