Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a well‑known dealership’s sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive sales processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimise sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, and legal regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales team members.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent understanding of new vehicle sales processes, financing options, and customer service best practices.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.Valid driver’s licence.What We Offer
