We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a range of stationery, office supplies, and business solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while maintaining our reputation for high-quality products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :
Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.Develop tailored solutions to match customer requirements.Sales & Business DevelopmentProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, education, and retail sectors.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.Client Retention & GrowthImplement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Provide market insights and trends to clients to support their procurement decisions.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with internal teams including procurement, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless client solutions.Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates.Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.Skills & Experience
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management , ideally within stationery , office supplies, FMCG, or related industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly targets.Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role, balancing client visits, remote work, and in-office collaboration. (Were looking for a mature individual that can manage their own time)Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required.Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (advantageous).Experience in a sales or account management role.Personal Attributes
