Sales Force Application : Operations And Administration

Introduction

A leading integrated FMCG enterprise seeks to appoint a dynamic graduate with at least 2 years experience in sales support and operations for their Sales Force application suite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Provide timely and effective technical support to users for various processes and systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
• Client Training : Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the application
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes including troubleshooting guides and user training videos
• Collaboration : Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback issues and suggestions for product enhancements
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
• Issue Tracking : Utilize support ticketing system (JIRA) to track and manage support requests ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Product Validation : Participate in product validation of new features understanding and documenting new features and communicating new feature releases to users
• Reporting : Prepare regular reports on support issues trends and resolutions to team lead for review and analysis

A relevant Business / Marketing Degree is essential. Own vehicle with valid RSA drivers license is required. At least 2 years direct experience in a customer facing support role in an IT Driven environment is key.
