Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage all deli operations, including preparation, display, and sale of products.
- Supervise, train, and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with management on product selection, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting for the deli section.
Qualifications & Experience :
Proven experience in a deli, café, or food retail environment, with supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.Computer literate, with experience in POS systems.MUST have a valid drivers license and OWN reliable transport
