Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our market presence in the automotive and
manufacturing industries.
Drive sales of quality assurance solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a hands-on and proactive
approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers at OEM and Tier 1
levels.
Collaborate with technical and quality teams to tailor solutions that meet customer
requirements.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Requirements :
Proven track record in sales within the automotive or manufacturing sectors, preferably with
quality assurance solutions.
Established network and successful sales history with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in South
Africa.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
Hands-on approach with the willingness to engage directly with customers on technical and
operational needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
