Job descriptionMinimum of 3 years of operations management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Social Media, and related marketing services. Proven experience in process optimization, workflow management, and resource planning. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management and time-tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, Time Doctor, or similar). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. This role is with a full-service digital marketing agency focused on helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through online marketing solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee daily agency operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Develop and implement workflows, systems, and processes to improve productivity across teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to align priorities, resources, and client deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for operational improvement.
- Manage schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation across the agency.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and excellence in client deliverables.
- Lead team check-ins, operational reviews, and provide performance reports to leadership.
- Research and recommend tools or technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop SOPs to ensure consistency across all projects.
