• Are you someone who
• Has an understanding of business, expertise in Human capital practices, and ability to influence, navigate complex human dynamics, and lead change requirements including the regulatory requirements within multiple legal entities
• Can function as an employee champion while ensuring discipline in processes and compliance
• Can provide guidance and support to line manager through key Human Capital processes and compliance
• Has managed day to day operations within Human Capital value chain, with comfort in detailed administration and process tracking
• You will be an ideal candidate if you have :
• Between 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Financial Services experience
• Exposure to Investments, this will be an advantage
• A formal tertiary education in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience facilitating talent reviews and goal setting
• The ability to work confidently across multiple Business areas
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis) with the ability to interpret and present HR data in a way that informs business decisions
