Key Responsibilities
- Oversee utilities management and reporting, ensuring accuracy of billing, income, and expenditure.
- Manage SLAs with service providers and collaborate with asset / property managers on variances and projects.
- Conduct variance investigations, provide solutions, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead utility training annually to align the team with industry standards and client expectations.
- Approve council account variances, oversee monthly accrual processes, and resolve queries.
- Manage tenant utility billings, ensuring timely and accurate uploads and reconciliations.
- Support financial planning through forecasting, budgeting, and expenditure reporting.
- Manage service providers and procurement processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
- Lead special projects to improve sustainability and reduce carbon footprint.
What You Will Bring (Non-Negotiables)
Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) qualification.57 years minimum experience in utilities management within a municipality or real estate portfolio.Additional Competencies
