New Business Sales Executive – Marine Spa Distributors

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Employment Type : Full-time

Remuneration : Basic salary plus commission

Benefits :

Basic salary, commission / incentive structures, petrol allowance

Job Parameters

Work within company policies and procedures to reach target figures.

Deadlines

Reports to be submitted on a weekly basis

Target and incentive-driven via opening a specified number of doors

Experience Requirements

Must have proven sales experience (minimum two years)

Experience in the Beauty Industry preferred

Job Responsibilities

To establish, develop and generate new business for the brand.

Maintain a strong customer service attitude.

Develop and present proposals for potential and existing clients.

Ensure CRM and admin-related tasks, internal and external communication, are carried out proficiently, professionally, and accurately.

Open new accounts.

Meet monthly sales targets.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitor brands.

Own car with business insurance.

Local travel and occasional overtime and weekend hours.
