Job Overview
To promote and maintain the image of the company by effectively communicating with customers by interacting via all entry points in this multimedia environment which includes any new entry points that may be deemed necessary for business growth, assuring that their requirements are evaluated and resolved in an efficient and courteous manner and that the closing ratio of leads generated is maximised to ensure superior customer experience, increased market share and exceeding revenue targets.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems.
- Good typing skills.
- Prior call centre 6 - 12 Months experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 2 years MTN or other MNO sales experience.
- Experience working in a small to medium organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Engage in exceptional communication and relationship building, demonstrate your sales acumen, and cater to customer needs with satisfaction.Managing and resolving complaints.Adherence to company policies while seeking continuous improvement.Multitasking, fast-learner and professional.Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are conducted.Treating the customer fairly.Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.Possess good planning skills and deliver verbal communication that make an impact on and persuade customers to buy.Listens and understands the customer's emotions and needs.Focuses on exceeding the minimum call centre metrics.Ensure completeness and accuracy in own work.Can work under high pressurized environment.Employment Details
