Strategic Sourcing Lead (IT Infrastructure & Cloud)

SUMMARY :

We’re partnering with a leading player in South Africa’s financial ecosystem to find a strategic and confident sourcing professional who can shape how technology is sourced, managed, and optimised across the business.

POSITION INFO :

In this role, you’ll provide advice, guidance, and influence across major IT initiatives including cloud migration, IT architecture, and network infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with IT and senior leadership to drive commercial value, deliver savings, and enable smarter decision‑making.

We’re looking for someone with :

• 7+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing or category management, ideally in financial services
• Expertise in cloud, infrastructure, and architecture sourcing (essential)
• A relevant degree and CIPS / MCIPS qualification
• A self‑starter who’s resilient, commercially sharp, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
