Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee production quality and compliance, ensuring standards are met and improved.
- Lead continuous improvement projects for plant processes and infrastructure.
- Mentor and support technical teams, including bioprocess and process engineers.
- Drive collaboration across Production, Technical, Engineering, Projects, and Sales.
- Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Prepare reports on quality, process improvements, and project outcomes.
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile) :
Education : B.Sc + M.Sc in Microbiology / Biochemistry.Experience : 5+ years in process and quality within food production.Skills : Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.Technical : Proficiency in MS Office, Tempo, DMS, Syspro, Opsuite.Knowledge : Plant processes, quality systems, and compliance standards.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
